Jerry Sandusky has been arraigned on forty counts of sex crimes.  He has been released on $100,000 unsecured bail and ordered to have no contact with children.

This unbelievable. This has been going on for many years. Sandusky had several close calls or warnings. Yet, he kept it up, knowing that others were aware? This was either the height of arrogance or the height of perverseness, probably both. It is hard to believe a judge would let him out on such a small and ‘unsecured’ bail. Why? Because he wore a suit and worked for Penn State?

… Or is there some sort of loyalty or connection that is not easily apparent? It will not be the first time. I will soon be posting about a judge that was supposed to be unbiased, who had the defendant on his social networking site as a ‘friend’.

People need to be taking a close look at Judge Leslie A. Dutchcot. There may not be cronyism, but at the very least there is poor judgement.
